Problem: I am having problems with the SR variable and get an error message saying that it is not defined correctly.

Solution: Your autoexec.bat under Win98 or path settings under WinNT is not defined with a valid path or syntax structure. Please check that there are not blanks between the "=" symbol, i.e.
SET SR=C:\PROGRA~1/SOFTWA~1\REGRES~1\

Note: You need to either reboot or perform the necessary alternative steps to update your systems setting after any entries.
