TestWorks Subscription-Type Technical Product Maintenance/Support Option

Software Research is dedicated to providing superior technical and product support
services on a yearly subscription basis.
For a single pre-paid annual subscription fee,
normally 20% of the consolidated current license fees of your product configuration,
we provide all of the following kinds of information and support:
- Free Product Upgrades. Right to all product upgrades with Release Level ("dot level") on request.
- Flexible Product Key Maintenance. Option to have keys issued on a yearly or semi-yearly basis to make it possible to switch host platforms without additional license-key swap charges.
- Email Technical Support. Technical questions posed to the TestWorks support
team get a response within a 24-hour response time window.
- Telephone Technical Support. Available during normal business hours, 8-6 M-F 5x10 West Coast Time.
- Monthly SIL Memo. Each month we Email you our Software Installed List (SIL) memo that details changes
to the TestWorks product set, available new product downloads, etc.
- WebSite Updates. You receive immediate notification updates to our WebSite and
to the TestWorks product line.
- In-House and Public Training Discounts. As a TestWorks user you are entitled to reduced-cost
seats at SR-sponsored public product trainings, and for special pricing on any required in-house training.
- Conference Registration Discounts. As a TestWorks user under a support subscription
you will receive substantial discounts for attendance at our Quality Week or Quality Week/Europe conferences.
- TTN-Online Subscription. You receive TTN-Online, our monthly technical community newsletter that
addresses a variety of topics of importance to staffers doing quality assurance, testing, and quality control projects.
- Early Product Release Option. You will receive the option to "try out" early releases of our products.
- Access to Restricted User Area. As a TestWorks user in this service status you will be given
access to a special TestWorks-users-only area of the Company WebSite.
This area contains very detailed information about the products,
interaction with various operating systems, helpful hits on product usage, and other important practical data.
